In 1983, WSA Tax’s sister company, Warrener Stewart, was founded in South West London by Peter Warrener and Danielle Stewart. Their vision was simple: to provide professional, affordable, and personable tax services for locals at a time when these qualities were sorely lacking.
Much has changed in the decades since. But those founding principles forged Warrener Stewart’s DNA. They remain our blueprint to this day.
Evolving expertise
As Warrener Stewart grew, so did the needs of our clients. Cross-Atlantic residency flourished, and demand for expertise in both UK and US tax systems rose. With our current generation of leaders, we refined our specialism. In 2023 WSA Tax was formed – a dedicated service combining deep knowledge of both tax systems to work seamlessly in our clients’ best interests.
The heart of the family
WSA Tax is an independent business, yet also a specialist division of the Warrener Stewart family. WSA Tax is overseen by Director Damian Talbot, and all WSA Tax directors are also directors of Warrener Stewart, ensuring continuity, consistency, and care across every service. Our in-house team of dual-qualified UK Chartered Accountants and IRS Enrolled Agents work side by side, and our clients benefit from Warrener Stewart’s wider expertise whenever needed.
